Can confirm that row 11 does not recline. Row 12 is Generally the last row of convert. CE seats. Be aware, as per my earlier post on this thread, that the B737's often get switched between 400/500/300 at LGW if loads dictate.... This would put you well in to the 31" seat pitch if a/c switched...which has happened to me!!! YUK! I tend to go now for row 6 or 8 if possible (row 7 on 737-400 only has a part window).
