Don't give them two weeks grace....maybe a few phone calls and Emails may remind them that just doing what their customers expect could save them a lot of money on surveys. Although to be fair they've still got an hour European standard time until the end of January. I sent an Email this morning reminding them that time was running out! Haven't received an answer so time permitting, I'll be on the phone 01 February!
