Last year flying out of DTW while taxing some lil ole lady really had to go bad and got up from her seat in row 5 or 6 and made a mad dash for the out(in) house in 1st class on an A320/319. Needless to say a lot of heads turned, intercom/phones/bells were rining, the plane made a very sudden stop, fa's came up the ailse from the rear. We sat there for some time until she came out and Im convinced she was not aware of all of the comotion and attention she drew!
