I've never had this problem before but last month I took X2 J flights with VS which haven't credited and nor did my miles from a stay at a Hilton too. Now I've got to send in BP's and invoices. As I say, this is the first time I've had any real bother (Previously had VS J flights credited as Y only) so I'm guessing something has gone wrong recently?
