I received Conrad confirmations for both reservations stating that they were award stays and also received my C601 & C602 on 1/17. I called Hilton and she did not know how they were booked except the reservations were not showing as an award. The Diamond CS person was the most difficult I ever had to work with but we made it through the issue.
I thought about not mentioning it and arriving in HK with the res as is but I did not want to risk any reservation problems at 11:00pm after 15 hours of flight time so I called Hilton to get it straightened out.
