Same thing here... I told the CSR I wasn't that concerned about the 6K, but there should have been other bonuses (purchase at nwa.com, on-line check-in, etc.) that should have been there. I was also concerned if any of this "tinkering" would affect mileage mania, since no one really knows how many points they have (except those of us using spreadsheets
