Well I had this problem in all variations !

Traveling with 4 pax in one PNR ( all FFno. inside ), it happens that some flights did post on one or two accounts the other not, and following flights from the same PNR where credited on the other accounts and not on the first ones, some posted up all and some on none of the 4 accounts
But even that makes me not so unhappy , I sent the BP in and the miles come retroactive some weeks later.
The bigger problem is, that as soon I reach my 55k status miles , every month the surplus should be added to me destination miles as a bonus.
But this happens not, when the miles are credited retroactive. And also the 25 % bonus often do not post up after such an retroactive action.
