First off you indicate these are in hong kong dollars. So I would not believe its a real rate even for HH to pay the Conrad.

Also. You do NOT pay taxes on HH award unlike airline tickets. These award stays include ALL costs.

This is based on previous and upcoming experience with awards in this hotel
