I don't fly UA anymore and have around 120K in my Mileage Plus account. I have to go from Austin to Manchester, England in early May and feel inclined to blow all the miles on a *A return in F.

AUS-ORD-LHR-MAN is not as problem and availability is there on UA, but are there better alternatives using other *A carriers on alternative routings.

I'd be grateful for suggestions.
