I have the same range of scores (3-4 years of credit history) ... and i could get the Premierpass CC and also was offered to be "upgraded" to Elite one. I think now a days all UA cards are signature cards (w/ levels i donot know what they even mean VIsa sig Gold level, visa sig plat level etc). THe general rule for VISA signature is 5000$ min credit line. World is much more diluted brand (min 3000$) because not all "worlds" have the same benifit. I have been approved for Amex gold/Plat charge card. So i think as long as you pick cards with annual fees they are generally more lenient on giving you the card (provided you meet the minimun credit line requirements).
