US Airways has done offensive things not too long ago -- think US's actions at MSP late last year and thereafter. This wouldn't be it.
I think the complaint is that US's entertainment selection just doesn't cut it and needs an overhaul.
Give me a break if you actually think if having the muslims removed from the flight in MSP was offensive. The airline and its crew did what they had to do to with a group of men that were acting in a very unusual and suspicious manner. You act suspicious on a plane, you get removed from the plane. Very simple, nothing offensive.
