There are a few places in T2 (up above the escalator) to eat ramen. I wouldn't call it fantastic and would only go if I was there anyway.

T2 was often a zoo to get through C&I and back through security. Your arrival/departure times looks like it's smack in the middle of "rush hour".

However, my experience was before the whole Star Alliance reorganization in T1 so I don't know how it's been since.
