Always the same problem with crediting miles.

I have been encountering a problem that fits into that category but on BD not other *A members.

Make a booking for multiple travellers, all DC members, with membership numbers added. Use online checkin, and see numbers present. Take flights....

On every occasion, the only automatic credit, has been me, i.e the lead passenger. All others have had to be retro claimed.

7/7 sectors in the last two months, where there's been more than just me travelling, this has happened.

On Saturday, I did the usual online checkin, and went to the desk to pick up the BP's. On checking he could not see the DC numbers of my fellow travellers, and entered them again.

Strangely, today they all have credit, the '0' ready for the overnight, but I don't !

It'll be interesting to see what happens.

Definitely a bug in the system somewhere. I did report this just before Xmas, but knowing the BD IT dept, it might be fixed before the end of the decade.
