I received one during a same-day MR to LGA with my sister. I was in FC and chatting with the FA there - the conversation drifted to the purpose of the trip and she thought it was cool or something. I recall her saying she'd heard about it, but never saw anyone do it. Funny conversation. The best part was when she asked how much the trip costs and I told her the ticket was $98 and we had used our stickers for the upgrade.
We talked about other things including the guy seated next to me (it was Flavor Flav!).

She gave us toothpaste, we gave her 2 customer appreciation slips
