My latest itin was MUC-BKK-HKT-BKK-FRA-CGN in C/F, the short flights credited the 2 longhauls not ! Sent in my BP very quick, so that they could fix the problem until end of the month ( and the gold bonus comes automatic ). But yet no response. Called them today after 2 weeks, but they even could not find my letter.
Any other here, who have the same problem, and any idea how to solve that.

I always give my FFno. when I make a reservation ( and I see it is in the correct form there, because I have a print )
I show always my FFcard when checking inn.
I control BP that it shows BD
