A couple of weeks ago, I was in F on a short STL/ORD flight. The FA actually had creative fun w/ it: she arranged the "mastercard kits" on a tray, and offered them in F: "Would you care for an amenity kit?" I don't think she was being sarcastic. None were offered to the coach passengers.

On a return, ORD-STL, different crew, different base even, the FA's went thru the whole plane with garbage bags full of those things, having people help themselves to as many as they wanted.
