Your credit scores are well within the average range and you should not have an issue getting a credit card. Generally, with the 660 (it depends on which bureau and sometimes all 3 that the issuer checks - wo we'll use the lowest for discussion here) you can get a credit card other than a WorldCard MasterCard or a Visa Signature - these 2 products offer "no pre-set" spending limit and you most likely will not qualify with a 660. For any other card, gold, platinum, whatever the level, you will likely qualify. Your APR and credit line may vary based on that score. I can't remember if Premier Pass is a WorldCard or not, but don't go by the name - I'm in cards marketing and we love to make the cards sound fancy.
