A business associate landed in Seoul last night and couldn't get his Dash to get signal and work. It's 1 month old, he got it specifically to use on both gsm network and of course as 3G in korea/japan.

I played around with it on the taxi ride into town but couldn't find get it to find a working network. He was going to email and/or call CS last night....wonder if anyone knows what might be wrong?
