Yes, it was a Holidays 2006 promotion, and a MasterCard giveaway of some sort which has expired. I got one FC LAX-HNL 17 Jan 07 at the very end of the flight, as we were on final approach.

The sentiment was nice, but the timing of the year (one-two months late) and the timing of distribution on the flight (too late to use the thing) left a bit to be desired. Oh well, it's the thought that counts.
