Well, I for one, am satisfied that what's printed in their timetable is representative of their official policy and I'll let SU prove that not to be the case. At LHR they certainly didn't produce and contract of carriage or tariff that would support their claims.
So I'll let them worry, if they choose to. I certainly feel that it is not the passenger's responsibility to audit the consistensy of their policies, nor should I suffer because of lack thereof.
And of course I've learned my lesson and I won't be playing with Aeroflot any more.
