There's no way AFAIK with the Diamond Preferred. There is the Driver's Edge which offers 6 pts/$ for the first year, 3 pts/$ thereafter on groceries/gas/drugstores. These can also be doubled with drive rewards (similar to PP flight points but credit for miles you drive on your primary car).
