I've been getting Marriott's weekly ebreaks email for a few months now and, every time I've looked, I've been underwhelmed by the discounts. I assume they're offering last minute hotels with low occupancy. It would seem like I could find comparable deals on priceline at significantly larger savings.

Are there ever truly good deals listed, or is it not worth subscribing?
