I picked 1/31/03 randomly since you didn't specify dates, and since you didn't specifiy what east coast city, I used EWR.

MH91 EWR-KUL 1115-2100 (Arrive 2/1/03)
overnight KUL and connect to
MH750 0905-1000 on 2/2/03

If you don't want to overnight in KUL, you can do east coast to LAX however you want, then connect to MH95 2335-1215 (2 days later) connect to MH750 1430-1525 (same day as arrival in KUL).

You could also go via Europe, but you spend as much time enroute and still take MH750.

Don't know about award availability, but there's some schedules to work from.
