I went to the glossary and guidelines and rules, even plugged in 'referrals' and 'flyertalk' on google and tried that way.

I'll try FAQs in future.

And yet I still don't know how the referrals thing happened!
(my husband joined, a friend joined, I've told plenty of other people about this site, I just never gave them any links... and I'm still not sure how it works )
