I wouldn't for a moment defend some-one who foolishly tries to peddle MLL passes on EBay. It breaks the terms and doing so is illegal.

At the same time the amount of MLL passes sold on Ebay must be minimal, trivial. It speaks volumes about AC that they have resources to put into police-type attacks on these sales when they still have many AP customer service issues to address.

Remember Milton's response to Errorplan. It was to threaten legal action, not address the underlying cause of errorplan. It seems the corporate culture hasn't changed much.
