Right you are. This new bug is sure irritating. You have to agree to the exit row criteria for every segment, for both a new rez and also for changing your seat assignment. Even if you change from one exit row seat to another exit row seat, you still have to agree to the exit row verbage for every segment.
What a royal pain.
