For most parts of the world I am a fan of the "buy a new bag" theory. We have a collection of cheapo suitcases that have come home from our travels with us. Then later we give them away to family and friends who come to visit us and have the same problem for their return home.

Plus, this allows me to indulge myself with things like pink metalic suitcases which I could never use for business travel.
