FCBA is the Federal law which provides a bunch of consumer protections for CONSUMER accounts (not business accounts). Lots of info on the web (some of it even correct

). Some States have similar laws, e.g., NJ and Calif. FCBA govens a lot of the info you find on your monthly bill. Keep in mind that the FCBA is modified by Federal Reserve Regulation Z and Federal Reserve Staff Commentary on Reg. Z. In other words, it ain't easy going to figure the whole thing out.
