Sharing this as I know this is a big issue for many, and hopefully this means things are getting better on this front....

I have a flight on Feb 21st...there was a schedule change this morning, I received a personal phone call this morning from my departing airport (BGM) telling me about the change and to make sure that the new time still worked for me.

THAT is the kind of customer service that keeps me flying Delta!
