and the winner is
The winner far and above all from my tasting quest of two countries is:

Jumbo Seafood-both the Riverwalk location and East Coast Seafood complex location have excellent Sri Lankan crab. Fat and juicy, good chili kick and slightly sweet taste as I like it.

My pick for next year. And the upscale location is the same price as East Coast.
