Twin Palms is not the same calibre altho' is just down the road fr Amanpuri..my cousin moved out after one night.
If you're looking for somewhere of similar calibre or better, then you will enjoy Amanpuri ..(see website & also comments on Amansara - Siem Reap thread on HDLP). Have been staying there since '89 & appreciate the constant discreet upgrading.
Trisara has lovely pool villas & a wonderful lap pool by the ' beach ' but service tends to be patchy.
If you are planning a longer stay you can try more than one place suggested by Kagehitokiri e.g. try Racha tho' it'll also involve a transfer by boat as it's off Phuket.
