That's not fair, as all passengers had identical "OK" confirmed status... and nothing about rebooking priority was ever disclosed in any terms and/or contract of carriage... it's only in an airlines internal NON public policy where they, on their own, determine who gets to go on the next flight. Should be a random drawing, not based on anything else. And government should not allow airlines to set their own policy on that, just like they don't allow airlines to set their own policy on COMPENSATION for cancelled flights.
