Thanks, I was going to look through all of my saved NW emails...
But... does anyone have a link to the online details? TTU templates need to have direct URL links. If the TTU note has a cut-and-paste of a NW email, the CSR can refute it. But if a URL is included, it's sort of hard for the CSR to ignore their own resources. Thanks!
BTW, in PHX, while the plane was parking, we saw an Elite carpet at the end of the jetway. Either they sent an extra to PHX, or else one of the gates is missing one. Or else there's one at the end of every gate, and I've never noticed it!
