JetStar outsource their call centre operations to SalesForce - www.salesforce.com.au - so no surprise that they aren't set up to pass feedback around.

You could always get a hold of any direct email address @ Jetstar, work out the formatting (eg: [email protected], or [email protected], or [email protected]) and try that.

It's worked for me with more than one company.
