I've never had this happen before -- Tuesday as I was waiting to board a flight from ABQ to Houston, a large group of people were brought over from another gate and allowed to board BEFORE all of us with "A" passes. It was explained that their plane had broken so we were giving them a ride to Amarillo instead of going straight to Houston!?

I guess this was nice for the unfortunate Amarillo-bound people, but it delayed our arrival in Houston by about 45 minutes, making several of us miss connections. We also had to go through some VERY bumpy skies over Amarillo. Also, when we were boarding the crying woman in front of me asked the agent what time we would arrive in Houston and he actually shouted at her - "it's not my fault - get off my back!"

Every time a plane I was scheduled to fly on "broke", they've just told us to find another flight!
