correct me if i am wrong here but WP does not allow you to acheive status based on segments does it?

If I am right and you fly only domestic and usually 4 500 mile or less segements per RT, then One Pass makes more sense! Upgrades and award ticket issues notwithstanding. Segment bonus's and such was one of the reasons that I am sticking to US as primary (CP) and use the One Pass code share for everything else. (silver) This seems to be working nicely so far. Haven't decided what to do about United now that they code share with US! Any opinions?
