I placed two bets on the Tigers to win the American League and World Series back in June at the Flamingo. I finally got around to mailing the one winner in a couple weeks ago. There is a 120 day limit from the date of the event. The ticked said to send a self addressed stamped envelope, so I did. It also send it registered mail, but I thought that was a bit expensive to insure a $50 win. I got the check today from Harrahs. They did not use my envelope as it came as one of the "tear here" checks.
