Ok... then what is the reference?
Since I've only hear that phrase used for australia or in reference to a Cheech & Chong movie (which i doubt was the reference) I'd like to know what it was.

Also I do not appreciate being called Dumb & Dumber by someone who has no idea who I am or how I think. Thats just plain rude.
