Yes, this is quite tricky! I thought about checking each airport's website and behold, I found the
http://www.airportcity-frankfurt.com/cms/default/dokbin/214/214610.verbotene_gegenstaende_nach_euvoengl0611.pd f on the FRA website. According to this document, the scissors are ok (since blade shorter than 6 cm), but the disposable razor is not.
On the other hand, the
http://www.aeroportsdeparis.fr/Adp/fr-FR/Groupe/EspacePresse/Communiques/OctobreDecembre2006/questions_reponses_surete.htm states that no scissors (nor razors) are allowed.
But then again, both the scissors (blade shorter than 3 cm) and the razor are allowed when departuring from

For a cross reference I also checked carry-on allowance for departures from
http://www.civilaviationauthority.fi/substances_and_articles.
This list again does not allow any scissors at all, but a disposable razor that is fixed permanently to a plastic handle is ok.
Nice! I guess I should just go by the "official EU rules" and take the nail scissors, but leave the disposable razor at home. Then again I would mine losing my nail scissors, but not the razor. Perhaps I should just go out and buy a nail clipper and then just make the razor a wild card for the security staff at every airport
