Excellent point. I guess "hates" is less accurate than "prefers AA." In any case, we'll work it out.

phoenixitc's point, based on my experience trying to get from here to there for my honeymoon, I agree that it may behoove us to maintain mileage balances in more than one strong alliance. *A and OneWorld a good combo?
