I wonder what will be the restrictions on these certs......

The restaurant was fine, but I thought the wine list was WAYYYY overpriced, at an average of 4-5 times retail.....

This is one of the restaurants that I'd boycott wine due to the overpriced wine list. I mean, $120 for a bottle of M&C Imperial is just ridiculous.... and $55 for a GLASS of DP....

FWIW, I picked up bottles of DP (98) at the I-C Phnom Penh for $80 each......

That said, the $100 for $16 certs definitely make it worthwhile to eat at this restaurant......especially if one stays there.... I've got an upcoming trip in March...

I wonder if the GP points one would earn is based on the dollar amount AFTER the cert or before the cert? I'm thinking it ma be most likely AFTER the discount....
