My DTW-MSP flight on 10/22 evening was delayed for a couple of hours for mechanical delays (brand new 757). We ended up changing planes.
We all missed our MSP connections. Boarding in DTW we all received a NW amenity envelope (500 WP miles, phone card and $35(?) coupon). Received the same on arrival to MSP plus a overnight pack (T-shirt, toiletries). They were ready for us with hotel rooms and seats assigned on the next flight (next day). I took a shuttle back home (RST) instead. Today I received a nice letter with a gift of 5000 miles.
