Either you guys must have made a good friend, or NW gave you a mileage bonus in error (especially if the 17k was unsolicited). If I were you, I'd hesitate to thank them for fear they'd take it back!

Sabai: Something special happens to FAs when they spill on a passenger. Can anyone here explain it? I see elbows bumped, butts-in-faces, and feet run over by carts with the quick "sorry"... but the FA apologies for spills go above and beyond. And I never Sabai Deeee more than after a nice NRT->BKK trip in WBC. Definitely one of NW's best routes for service.
