I agree that NW people generally treat their customer well. I was flying NRT/BKK in WBC last month and the FA accidently spilled coffee on my feet. No big deal, it was warm, not scalding, and she provided all sorts of towels to tidy up and a new set of socks and slippers. Upon deplaning in Thailand, she again apologized and handed me a bottle of Billecart-Salmon champagne. I was surprised and pleased, and thanked her for making it such a pleasant flight, which it had truly been.
