I don't notice the lack of legroom at all.

Additionally, I agree with Lucky. Row 15 is good. I had no infants, but if I did I am sure the experience would have been soured. I also like Row 9, same personal feel of the "mini cabin" as Row 8, but without bulkhead restrictions.
