Sort of like with the AA 777 F cabins, seatmaps show one of the configs, and then it is usually swapped on the day of departure. I had 4 LAN 767 flights in December, and had 1 with new Premium Business (SCL-IPC), 2 with the old two class planes (EZE-SCL and IPC-SCL) and 1 with a 3 class plane (SCL-JFK). LAN has about 20 767-300s, but I haven't been able to find anywhere how many are in each configuration.
