I was on this flight with you, I ended up in 11D. I was puzzled that KVS showed P2 on the plane and no BF upgrades were offered... then during boarding, I saw the taped-off seats. It looked like F was ransacked on this plane. I didn't expect the upgrade (I booked it yesterday around 2pm for that 7:39p flight), but I also debated on writing to TTU, not to ask for compensation, but more so to express my concern at such a trashed F cabin, and the fact that 3 Elites were being revoked their earned right to an EUA.

Edit: To ehe123, did you notice how long we taxid before getting de-iced last night? We left from A8, taxid for 30 minutes, then stopped. I looked out the right-side window and what did I see about 100 yards awat... gate A8! We went around in a huge circle to the 4L deicing pad!!
