Most of my reservations are in the US, and only after confirming and paying for a transatlantic flight from my home in the UK. I guess I've learnt a lesson from this - I thought I would be saving $$$ (for my client) and obviously I was wr---, wro---, ... not exactly 100% correct.

One lives, learns and collects more Hilton points.

I'd better get that exec level upgrade though!
