In theory, you can also book and pick up the ticket at a machine at the station. I've never tried this being wary of the fact that US credit cards seldom work in those machines. I did recently read that if the machines don't work an agent can also print the ticket for you.
Just did this a couple days ago. I booked online (a TGV ticket, but should work the same), went to the local rail station, and tried to print my ticket but the machine couldn't read my CC. So I just went to the station attendant, gave him my rez number and CC, he swiped my CC to confirm and printed it up, no problems.
