My ticketed booking has disappeared .....
I have a ticketed confirmed longhaul booking, J out 3 Feb, F back 7 Feb, all full fare.
The booking is listed in MMB, but when I click the link, the system cannot find it.
Looking at checkmytrip.com the booking is there with an e-ticket number.
The 3rd Feb flight, which AFAIK is not affected by the strike, is showing in as "Status: Unable to Confirm - does not operate". In contrast the 7th Feb flight - which is affected by the strike - remains confirmed.
Any views on what is going on ? The one thing BA have not done is put me on another routing to the same destination on 3rd Feb, which would not have been very difficult. Nor have they even tried to make contact with me by either email or phone to let me know of this. So muich for looking after their premium (Gold card) pax.
